Appomattox Volunteer Fire Chief Jonathan Garrett presented the Board of Supervisors with just such a proposal Monday night, offering a forward-thinking plan for the department’s outgoing ladder truck that could benefit not just Appomattox, but our neighbors in Concord, too.
